kao 0 Posted October 19, 2007 GV-650 v7.0.0.0 Trying to access ViewLog and get an error message that says "The Parameter is Incorrect". The machine then locks up and has to be restarted. I sent off a msg to Geovision but wanted throw it out here too. peskypete 0 Posted January 24, 2009 Sometimes when I access the Viewlog and playback a video, the program freezes. The freeze/hang happens randomly. The only solution is to C,A,D, and close Viewlog that way. Going back into Viewlog and playing back the offending video file is now ok. I check the videos everyday, and this happens quite frequently. Ran the exe to clean the DB, but it says it doesn't need cleaning. The main software is running all the time, so that is not affected. Since the videos can be viewed, with Viewlog ok the next time, it's not a corrupt file. Using 8.2 Anyone else get this problem? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
