fas 0 Posted November 15, 2007 I have a cpcam 505hc dvr. I am trying to schedule motion recording mon-fri from 10pm to 6am, and saturday from 5pm to monday morning at 6am. Since days overlap, what is the best way to do this? Options include mon-fri, sat, sun, daily, or each day individually. Since times go on to next day, and sunday is all day, how do most of you do this? Thanks.

Just set Sat 5:00 to 24:00, Sun 00:00 to 24:00, and Mon 00:00 to 6:00 On my Avtech 782 (which should be very similar) I also can select "Sat-Sun"
fas 0 Posted November 16, 2007 Now I'm totally confused. If I choose mon-fri, and choose 10pm to 6am, does the dvr know to start on monday at 10pm and end on TUESDAY at 6am? My schedule overlaps 2 days. I see what you are doing on sat and sun, but what about mon-fri now? Will what I suggested above work?
Kiwi 0 Posted November 16, 2007 OK, let me try again: M-F 22:00 - 24:00 SAT 00:00 - 06:00 SUN 00:00 - 24:00 MON 00:00 - 06:00 Nothing overlaps (not that it couldn't.)

Kiwi 0 Posted November 16, 2007 Yes, you're right - eventually I'll get it! Instead of Mon 00 - 06:00, make it M-F 00 - 06:
