toolmanz 0 Posted November 17, 2007 I have purched a product that is new on the market. CPT-IP400n a video server made by capture. Trying to remote access two analog cameras over the internet. Have a router with ports open and DDns site set up. The server comes with software and when installed works fine online. I can connect to the server through a web browser but no video. The server uses quicktime as its player and just hangs when trying to connect. Checked all settings reinstalled quicktime (8times). I think it might be a plugin missing. Server uses Mpeg4. Tech support was nice and friendly but had no idea what the product was or how it worked. Any help would be great. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
