radman 0 Posted November 22, 2007 I am a bit new to this so need a little help please, I have bought a Panasonic WV-CP484E it was bought without a lens so I bought a Computar Vari Focal TG2Z3524AFCS-2 to go on it. What I can’t get my head around is there is very low volts across pin 1 +ve and pin 4 –ve on the lens plug (with or without the lens connected), its less than a volt on the DC selected position so the iris is closed! If I set the camera to Video there is 12v and the iris opens fine am I doing something wrong? Thanks John. Brain may be working now the difference is the A the TG2Z3514FCS-2 is a DC Auto-Iris w/Focus, No Amplifier. TG2Z3524AFCS-2 is a Video Auto-Iris w/Focus, w/Amplifier.
