strathclyde 0 Posted November 29, 2007 hi guys. i'm really lost on this one. i have a Vidotek VT7902 MPEG-4 Video Server. I installed the software VidoViewer and it can also be accessed via Internet Explorer. My problem is, i can't control the PTZ Speed Dome Camera through the software and IE. I've setup the correct protocol, baud rate and camera ID. Polarity is ok. Network connection is ok. I can view the video. But when i try to control the PTZ camera, it asks for password 3 times eventhough i've correctly logged in. user name and password are in default. but when i tried to access the video server from a different PC, there are no problems. i can control the PTZ camera from there. but when i access it from the laptop where the software is installed, it asks for a password. do you have any idea on how to solve this one? Is it a security setting on IE7? The laptop is in WinXP and the other PC that i have used to access the video server is in win2k. please help. TIA
