Looking For Suggestions on First Network Video System

Planning a 100 camera system using new analog cameras currently in our stock. (The armored fixed analog cameras are around $250.00 versus $700.00 or more for similar IP camera) Cameras will connected to 8-channel video encoders at 4 locations withing facility. Encoders are connecting to standalone Cisco based fiber ethernet network. Main ethernet switch is located at head end with new dedicated Dell rack servers and some type of storage such as a NAS. I am looking at Verint, ACTI, and Sony so far for the encoders and Verint, Dvtel, and ONSSI for the management and recording software. Anyone have suggestions on encoders or software? Thanks,
