AVC 760 fails to keep dns after pressing apply.

Someone was asking me about this, and I have never heard of this problem. Have any of you experienced this?

 

He has a Gadspot GS1000.

 

Using the video server he has an account I believe with

 

http://www.dyndns.com/

 

After he clicked "apply" in the server software he says that it does not retain the information that he has entered.

 

This one has me stumped
