rory 0 Posted December 24, 2007 What is the motherboard chipset and video card model? Basically it has to be an Intel Chipset, video card is just for reference as some older NVidia's also have issues.
Rebco 0 Posted December 25, 2007 First off what is the video card you are using? is it the onboard video card? I had this happend, and the onboard video didn't have enough juice, I replace it and never had the problem again.
synci 0 Posted March 26, 2008 Hi, it think there is a problem with DirectDraw or something like drivers. Greetings
andy_geovision 0 Posted March 26, 2008 Yes, try Synci's solution..... In the GeoVision Main System, Click Configure icon >> System Configure. Under the General Setting tag... On the left hand side of the window.. Uncheck " Enable Directdraw Overlay " Function Uncheck " Enable De-interlace Render " Function Then restart GeoVision software.. How is it? ______________________________________________ Andy Chen Technical Support GeoVision. Inc. +886-2-8797-8377 ext
cheri 0 Posted April 17, 2008 Andy: I'm having the same issue and tried what you suggested but it didn't help. The only way to get a decent picture is to uncheck the DSP Overlay on the System Configuration option but then when in Full screen the issue is back. By the way, this DVR has been installed since 8/07 and working fine until now. Please let me know how to fix. Thank you.
