Detection Area

Back for more advice I have masked out an area for none detection but the software still detects within it, I cant see what I may have done wrong!

I redid the selected areas and now seems to be working!! Gremlins??

Could you see the MASK on the screen where youd marked out,

and was it in MOTION detection mode, not 24/7....

I have been using v6.11 for several months this only happend when I upgraded to 7.05 and yes the area was marked for detection mode I have a GV-1480 on it's way so that will be another version to play with.

Soz to sound like a grunch, but its not really rocket science,

If it was working b4 and not after it had to be user error, Upgrading to 1480 with v8.xx will only give you more features, have many a many v6/v7 system out there plodding along fine,

The problem never came back Soz it is my home system only 4 cameras at the moment! so I keep an eye on it so to speak I have now upgraded to 8.12 with the new card I ended up with a 1240 as the guy did me a good deal! there are a few more bells and whistles to play with it also as you know gives me a better FPS.
