tmunroe 0 Posted December 28, 2007 Any suggestions I am looking for IR outdoor, I prefer a dome camera. This will be used in a residential application with a dvr thanks
VST_Man 1 Posted December 28, 2007 I would go with a day night 540tvl ssdnr armor dome and motion lighting.......IR is fine but combining the 2 will disappoint you in a few years as the camera will work and the IR will be bad. I seperate my IR and camera becasue the option to use differnt cameras with differnet IR ensures a decent pic. motion lighting is best since you always get a decent pic under decent lighting.
