neptune769 0 Posted January 13, 2008 Hello Everyone, I have a Pelco ICS110 Camclosure with ICS-2CRV39A camera block. The camera is giving an unstable image (I can send short avi.). It was working fine until we had a cold spell. During the cold, the picture would roll also freeze and sometimes just got to blue screen like it had no video signal. The camera was missing the heater board before the cold weather and worked fine. I added a heater board afterwards thinking it was a temperature problem. But now even with warmer temp. it is still doing the same thing. Sometimes however the picture will be stable but at the bottom of the image there will be a skewed section. It is running on 24vac. I have not changed anything before or after the problem started except for the heater board. I have one other camera outside an AD Ultra VIIE and it works fine as does a third indoors.
