DVR NET 880 Issue not Recording

Hi i know this is a clone card, i dont wanna be out of the laws of this forums, but i really need help, i have a geovision GV-800 i bought it after i knew the kodicom was a cloned card, but i dont wanna lose the money on this and now i have a problem with the DVR net 880 card, some people should know about this card so please help

 

 

I have installed the card and everything fine, i run the software i dont get any error, but when i see the camera is not recording i only can see how the camera sees by refreshing the image, also i cant see what the camera recorded, but when i get into the setup part in the motion i see the camera thats the only part where i can see the camera, i dont know what can i do or i will have to trow to trash that card ((in my old computer it worked) this not)
