eismarsh 0 Posted February 2, 2008 Firstly: The output from the DVR4 advantage into a seperate PC DVR card (on same PC) I have fitted, shows DVR4 HDD and camera to be okay. So I am happy that all is functioning. But I have tried to use the USB link (special cable in box) form the DVR to PC usb, but despite the tip to press play if not recognised, the DVR Play application screen on the PC still says: "no DVR HDD Detected !!! please check hardware ! " It appears to be either the USB out or cable, or maybe there is a clash with Windows Vista ! Has anyone overcome this problem ? Thanks Steve
Spudgun098 0 Posted May 19, 2008 I have the exact same problem as eismarsh, USB to PC connection fails to recognise the DVR as a mass storage device on both XP sp2/sp3 and vista 32/64. Subsequently when attempting to utilise the software no vineyard data streams can be detected. eismarsh did you manage to overcome this problem. Thanks Mike
