Convert Geovision AVI to a youtube friendly file?

Hi,

 

I tried to upload a geovision AVI file of my mother backing into and knocking over my basketball net in my driveway. Its a pretty funny video

But of course, I cant actually post it on youtube for all my family to snicker at.

 

How can I make this a more friendly video sharing experience?

Use Windows Movie Maker, import the AVI file, drop the parts down into the time line boxes, as they are in order, then save video as high quality NTSC (wmv file) or change it to your liking.
