Kingwood 0 Posted February 17, 2008 (edited) Dear Sir/Madam, I face a problem on GV800 V8.01 Software,it will always appear "Runtime error",How to resolve the problem? Edited March 5, 2008 by Guest
yoyob 0 Posted February 18, 2008 from geovison website FAQ - Software Jun. 15, 2006 Q: Version 8.0 runtime error after 48 hours A: If a "Runtime Error" message pops up after running 48 hours using version 8.0, please then double check and make sure there is no space in the folder name. e.g: "C:\Program files\GV800" If there is a space, please re-install GV-Series software to another folder without any space. e.g: C:\GV800\ Another option is to upgrade your software version to 8.01 and later versions. You may also upgrade to version 8.01 to solve the problem.
rory 0 Posted February 18, 2008 Not sure if that will fix their problem as they say they are using 8.01 already. Perhaps upgrade to 8.1 or 8.1.2? Also, what OS is it being run on?
