spacker 0 Posted February 18, 2008 Hi. Hoping someone can help with recommending software for use with this basic USB DVR. It's currently installed for a friend on temp basis, connected to a dual core 2 PC. The supplied software refuses to run on the PC - crashing out. I've installed a trial of Active Webcam but unfortunately after a day or two this freezes and stops capturing movement - possibly due to a wireless camera that seems to fall out now and again. Vaughn 0 Posted February 22, 2008 I have a RapidOS 4-port card and I went to move it to another machine and can't find the disk, so knowing alternate options would be cool. For generic software, I use WebcamXP, but I have never tried to get a DVR card's channels to show up in it. If that is possible, it would likely take different drivers, and I should find the chipsets, or should it be as easy as installing the software on that box and looking for the channels?
