sab 0 Posted February 20, 2008 Looking for a needle in a haystack Looking for a stand alone DVR (the smaller the better) to use with covert camera investigations. I would like to be able to pull the DVR and review in my office or quickly swap out a hard drive, take to the office,then install in a second DVR of the same kind. At times, I will leave a recorder for 5-7 days before reviewing. The unit will not be viewed internet or a network. Would like to be able to back up to a USB drive or HDD for viewing by Human Resources, administrators, or police, etc. Motion activation would help reduce time spent reviewing video.
