gazjac 0 Posted February 20, 2008 hi just wondering if anybody can help please. i have a thomson speedtouch 580 router an apollo 8 1 terra dvr prob i have is i cant view the cameras from remote pc but i can view them from the laptop which the router and dvr is connected. i have enables pppoe on the dvr set the gateway to 139 (the router is 138)and input my isp user and password. set the htt port to 80 and it also has a service port no. i have given my pcs an ip address, also within the speedtouch i have set the port forwarding for both port 80 and the service port using the napt menu. now after all this i tried to connect and i thought everything was fine, i can view record etc, but when i went to work and installed the software and input the same ip details of dvr it cant find the device. please help.
