UMDRanger 0 Posted February 20, 2008 For some reason I can no longer right click, nor F for the full screen option. I hit F and nothing happens, and I can't even get options to show up when I right click, it's like I'm not clicking at all. I've double checked the permissions for the account, not like I changed them anyway. And I've created a new supervisor account as well, again, with permissions for full screen. No joy. When it auto-logs in now it automatically goes into "mini-view". GV-800-4 Probably software version 6.x or 7.x - I'll check today. Andy / Rory - any ideas? CollinR 0 Posted February 20, 2008 Right click on the off button. The miniview is because you have RDP enabled in the main screen of the configuration.
andy_geovision 0 Posted February 21, 2008 Dear CollinR, Please check a couple things for me.... In the GeoVision software, click configure icon >> system configure a system configure window pops up.. go to general setting tag.. look at the left hand side of the window. did you see an option called " MiniView for remote desktop "? If you have this option checked, please uncheck this option. did you see another option called " Enable directdraw function "? Please check this option. Then restart the geovision software by the last startup setting... let me know the result... Sincerely, Andy Chen Technical Support GeoVision. rory 0 Posted February 21, 2008 I dont use Remote Desktop so Cant help you there. Also check that the login is set to full screen though, and the login user has not changed and has permissions to enter full screen. Also make sure Direct Draw overlay is enabled.
