dave1510 0 Posted September 30, 2013 Hi, I have a KGuard SHA108.V2 which works as it should. I have had it set up on my iphone 4, and up to about 4 weeks ago, it was allowing me to view my cctv cameras from away from home. I have the Kguard app on my phone, and as a Virgin media customer I have not been allowed a static ip address. Because of this, I have to enter my new iP address each time it changes (ie on a router reboot) Currently my ip address has been the same for 3 weeks, and I have been able to view my Cameras on my Kindle I am unable to get anything on my phone, even in the house. I have not knowingly altered anything on the phone, and have not touched the Kguard unit at all. Any ideas where I should start to investigate. The settings: Title = (my title) Model type = SHA V2 - 108 iP address = x.x.x.x (not put in for security reasons) Port 18004 user XYZ (not correct, as changed) password 1234 (not correct as changed) Hope someone can help me.
