ejohn 0 Posted March 3, 2009 i have 777m multichannel DVR v1.0. my challengue with this system is that i dont know what happened with the password. i can not sellect any channel or do any thing. i do i disable the password? is not accepting my password. i opened the unit to reset the board and to clear the cmos battery, yet an stocked with password issue. can any one help me please. scorpion 0 Posted March 3, 2009 If you opened it up, and did a reset then it should go back to default. If you have motion detection, and you have a lot of activity in front of the cameras then press the stop button first, and then press menu. The DVR is looking for motion, and if you will think of it as having blinders on. You may have to use two hands, and you may have to do it a couple of times till you get it right. Press stop, press menu without any pause in between otherwise it may detect motion from a cam, and then you will have to press stop again. What do you think?
